General Program Information

Q. What is the Passport Dining program?

The Passport Dining program is managed by Passport Unlimited and is designed to connect you with exclusive savings at many local and national vendors both online and around town. Enjoy!

Q. How can I provide feedback on the program?

Q. Can I suggest a vendor to join the program?

To suggest a new vendor, please complete our vendor suggestion form.

Q. How do the website and Passport Mobile app determine my location?

The website uses your IP address to estimate your current location when displaying content. You can view content in other areas by updating your location in the website header.

The Passport Mobile app uses your device location to display content, provided you have enabled the Location permission for the app on your device. If the Location permission is disabled, the app will display content based on the location listed in your profile. You can view content in other areas by updating your location in the mobile app header.

Mobile Membership Information

Q. How do I launch my mobile membership?

When you create a profile on the Passport Dining program, your profile is automatically configured with a digital membership.

Once you have received your mobile membership card number via the Passport Dining website, please download the Passport Mobile app on your smartphone then log in with your card number and email used during registration.

You can download the Passport Mobile app by visiting your phone's marketplace and searching for "Passport Mobile". The Passport Mobile app is available for Android and iOS devices.

If you have previously downloaded the Passport Mobile app on your device, please make sure the app has been updated to the latest version.

Q. Can my spouse, partner or dependents use my mobile membership?

Yes: your spouse, partner or dependents may use your mobile membership. They will need your mobile card number and your registered email address to activate the mobile membership on their device.

Since this is a benefit intended only for you and your immediate family, your Passport Dining mobile membership may be activated on a maximum of 2 devices.

Q. What if I forget my unique Passport Dining card number?

If you've forgotten your card number, click here and enter the email address associated to your membership. Passport will send you an email with your card number in just a few minutes!

Q. What if I have issues using the mobile membership?

If there's an issue blocking your use of the mobile membership or if you have a question about the redemption process, please call Passport's Member Relations team at (800) 410-4211 or email them at mail@passportunlimited.com.

Discount Redemption

Q. How do I show the mobile membership at the point-of-sale to receive my discount?

When you are at a location that accepts your Passport Dining membership, open the Passport Mobile app and find the offer listing within the app where you would like to use your membership. Tap the listing and then tap the "Use Card" button.

At Passport Dining restaurants, the app will generate a redemption code. The redemption code and card number shown should be written at the top of your receipt prior to payment.

At both restaurants and local merchants, the app will display a live digital image of your membership card which should be presented to the restaurant server and/or the merchant at the time of purchase.

Q. How do I get my discount online?

Participating e-commerce vendors are listed throughout the site. Under Offer Type, use the Online Offers filter to show only e-commerce offers. When you click on a link to a participating e-commerce vendor, instructions for savings will be presented to you in an overlay over the vendor's website. Some vendors require that you enter a code during checkout; others apply the discount automatically. Simply follow the instructions shown for savings!

Q. Can I access online offers from the Passport Mobile app?

Yes: you may use the Passport Mobile app to find and access online offers in the Passport Dining program. You will be directed to the online vendor's website from the Passport Mobile app to complete your online purchases.

Passport Dining Restaurant Savings

Q. How do I use the digital card at Passport Dining restaurants?

Your Passport Dining membership provides savings at a selection of prestigious restaurants. Browse this website or launch the Passport Mobile app to find a list of participating locations in your area.

To use your Passport Dining membership at a participating restaurant, tap the restaurant's listing in the Passport Mobile app to view the details. Then tap the "Use Card" button to display a live digital image of your membership card, which should be presented to the server.

Please tip 18-20% on your total bill, before any deductions are made. In select areas, some restaurants may automatically include an 18% gratuity on your bill. These restaurants are denoted with an icon in the upper-right portion of their listing.

  • New Offers:
    These are dining offers new to Passport in the last 30 days.
  • Upscale:
    These restaurants offer either...
    • A complimentary entrée with the purchase of another entrée. The lowest priced entrée will be deducted. A minimum of one adult entrée per person in the party must be ordered. An appetizer is considered an entrée only if an entrée is purchased by the party. Entrées may not be split. Excludes alcohol and Happy Hour unless otherwise specified on the listing. If a party of four or more is present with two Passport Cards, the two lowest priced entrées in the party are compliments of the restaurant. This includes when separate checks are issued. Or
    • 20% off the total guest check up to $100. Maximum of ONE card per party. Excludes alcohol and Happy Hour unless otherwise specified on their listing. Or
    • 20% off the total guest check up to $50. Maximum of ONE card per party. Excludes alcohol and Happy Hour unless otherwise specified on the listing. Or
    • 20% off the total guest check for 2 to 6 people. Maximum of ONE card per party. Excludes alcohol and Happy Hour unless otherwise specified on their listing.
    • If a restaurant offers more than one offer type, only one offer may be used per visit.
  • Casual / Family Friendly:
    These restaurants offer either...
    • A complimentary entrée with the purchase of another entrée. The lowest priced entrée will be deducted. A minimum of one adult entrée per person in the party must be ordered. An appetizer is considered an entrée only if an entrée is purchased by the party. Entrées may not be split. Excludes alcohol and Happy Hour unless otherwise specified on the listing.   • Coffee / Desserts:
    These restaurants offer 20% off coffee, tea and dessert menu items. This offer can be used with other Passport offers that the restaurant honors. Check individual listings for specific restaurant offers.
    • If a restaurant offers more than one offer type, only one offer may be used per visit.
  • Happy Hour:
    These restaurants offer either...
    • 20% off the Happy Hour Menu, excluding alcohol. Or
    • Complimentary Happy Hour item when another Happy Hour item of equal or lesser value is purchased, excluding alcohol.
    • If a restaurant offers more than one offer type, only one offer may be used per visit.
  • To Go:
    These restaurants offer 20% off the total guest check on carryout orders, excluding alcohol. Automatic gratuity does not apply but we encourage appropriate tipping.
    • If a restaurant offers more than one offer type, only one offer may be used per visit.
  • Delivery:
    These restaurants offer 10% off the total guest check when ordering directly from the restaurant. Automatic gratuity does not apply but we encourage appropriate tipping.
  • Banquets / Catering:
    These restaurants offer 10% off the total guest check.

Q. Are there any restrictions on restaurant use?

A restaurant's primary offer is detailed on their listing.

Some restaurants may offer additional special offers beyond the standard offer. These offers are detailed in each restaurant's listing. Some restaurants may automatically include an 18% gratuity on your bill at the end of your meal. If a restaurant includes the 18% gratuity, it will be noted in their listing.

Passport memberships are not accepted on major holidays, or any day a specific restaurant terms a holiday (St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day etc.) If you have questions regarding a restaurant's interpretation of a holiday, please call ahead.

Gift Memberships

Q. I'd like to give the gift of a Passport membership to a friend or colleague. Is there an easy way for me to give a membership as a gift?

If you would like to purchase a Passport membership as a gift, select "Purchase Gift Membership" from the dropdown menu in the upper right. If you would like assistance with your gift purchase please call our Member Relations Team at 800-535-8502.

Q. I purchased a number of Passport memberships to give as gifts. I'd like to give a membership now - what steps do I follow to gift the card?

To assign a gift from your inventory, sign into the Passport Dining website and select "Manage My Gifts" from the dropdown menu in the upper right. If you would like assistance with your gift assignment please call our Member Relations Team at 800-535-8502.

Q. I purchased Passport memberships to give as gifts. I've used up all my gifts. How can I buy additional gifts?

To purchase additional gifts, sign into the Passport Dining website and select "Manage My Gifts" from the dropdown menu in the upper right. Then, click the "Refill" button on the right-hand side of the page to add additional membership units to your inventory. Q. What is the Passport Dining return policy?

Membership and Gift Package purchases are refundable within the first 30 days of purchase. Any gifts assigned and/or activated are not eligible for return. Return of a package where gifts have already been assigned will be prorated to reflect the remaining inventory. Please contact the Member Relations Team at 800-535-8502 for assistance.
